Providing important personal information to Tplusone

What personally identifiable information Tplusone collects

Tplusone is the sole owner of the information collected on Tplusone. We collect information from our users at several different places on our web site. We do not collect personal information from free users of our website. However we require several key pieces of personal information from users that wish to subscribe to our free and paid services.

Registration.In order to access the membership areas of this web site, a user must first complete a registration form. During registration, a user is required to give contact information including name and email address. How Tplusone uses the information

PROFILE. A profile is stored information that is kept on individual users that details their viewing preferences and is then used for marketing purposes. Tplusone does not use stored user settings for marketing purposes. User settings (default chart settings, favorite lists, etc.) are kept solely for the purpose of customizing our paying users’ visits. We do not share your profile with other third parties.

COOKIE. A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s computer tied to information about the user. We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. For the session ID cookie, once you close your browser, the cookie simply terminates. A persistent cookie is a small text file stored on your hard drive for an extended period of time. Persistent cookies can be removed by following your browser’s help file directions. We use a persistent cookie to ensure that you only see our newsletter popup message once. We use a session cookie to control access to our membership areas.
